A few weeks ago, we received a parcel with a mysterious tape from an artist called HELENA CURTENS – a »two-people-soundsystem from the black forest« (as we found out later after reading the attached letter). Luckily, we had an old tapedeck somewhere in the studio and could listen to that.
The A-side is a dreamy kind of bass-witch-house-dark-ambient whereas the B-side is a rough-and-stripped-down »Berghain-like« Techno-set.
